This role involves driving strategic change, utilizing data analytics for insights, and leading continuous improvement of processes. With the vision to deliver an undisputed, frictionless, end-to-end client onboarding experience for new and existing RBCIS Clients, this role is responsible for driving significant change and continuous improvement in the client onboarding lifecycle. Leads the implementation of tactical and strategic solutions across the client onboarding lifecycle, including digitization, standardization, simplification and more. Using data, analytics and insights, this role will tackle complex problem solving and define the client onboarding roadmap to deliver on business objectives and client needs, while translating business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Collaborates with stakeholders, such as business development, relationship management, client solutions, technology, operations, risk, and others, to ensure we deliver a cohesive onboarding experience to our clients.
