Description of the Position:
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Associate Director, Accounting oversees the team responsible for all accounting services and fund accounting functions of SickKids Foundation, ensuring the integrity of the financial records, including endowment entries. The Associate Director will act as an expert resource for the Foundation tax receipting processes, as well as lead the Foundation's year end audit process. This role is part of the Finance leadership team, leading an overall team of three employees, with two direct reports and one indirect report.

Total Compensation Package:
Hiring Salary Range: $99,297- $124,121; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $142,739. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Director Innovation & Process Improvement.
