Taunton Village Dental in Oshawa, Ontario is seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join a full-time or part-time team. The role offers a chance to provide comprehensive dental care to a growing patient base in a modern practice.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly with patients and staff, remain comfortable with new graduates through mentorship, and are eager to grow toward equity opportunities within 123Dentist practices. Flexible scheduling and strong support are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school/university.
• National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process completed or in process.
• Registered or in-process with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Ontario.

The team at Taunton Village Dental in Oshawa, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a full-time/part-time basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

Compensation:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections

SCHEDULE:

• 25-40 hours per week
• Days of the week- To be discussed in the interview.
• Flexible days
• Evenings and Weekends Available.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR-successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
• Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
