Queen Street Dental Centre in downtown Toronto seeks an Associate Dentist for a full-time role. You will provide a full range of dental services with high-quality care and help patients feel at ease. The team values clear communication with patients and coworkers, and independence when needed.

Located in Leslieville, the practice offers state-of-the-art technologies and opportunities for growth, including equity partnership in 123Dentist practices. Open role for an existing vacancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or DDS/DMD or NDEB equivalency.
• Registered or in process with Ontario regulatory bodies.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Ontario; open to candidates from other provinces.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

Queen Street Dental Centre is nestled in the vibrant community of Leslieville, in downtown Toronto. We are a busy, multi-disciplinary office providing a full spectrum of dental services.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

• Full-time
• Permanent
• State-of-the-art technologies/ most advanced dental instruments (Sirona Scanner, CEREC Crown milling machine, ASIGA 3D Printer, Itero Lumina)

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections

SCHEDULE:

• 27-34 hours per week
• 4-5 days a week
• Tuesday 1-8 pm
• Thursday 9-4 pm
• Friday 830-430 pm
• Saturdays (alternating) 9-3 pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
