Job summary

Odyssey Dental Care in Winnipeg, MB is actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join a high-demand practice with 6,600+ active patients and 60+ new patients monthly. You will work with a respected team that mentors associates and supports long-term career development.

The role offers exposure to comprehensive general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, Invisalign, and prosthodontics in a fully digital, paperless environment with modern practice support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD program or successful completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process.
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry.
• Perform endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics as part of a full clinical scope.
• Incorporate Invisalign and implant dentistry into patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship within a collaborative team.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Maximum two evening shifts per week
• Alternating Fridays and Saturdays

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
