Job summary

Fitzii is seeking an Associate Dentist for Maidstone, Saskatchewan. The role supports a collaborative dental team and offers both part-time and full-time options.

You will perform diagnostic, preventive, and restorative treatments and help manage patient care with emphasis on education and prevention. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited DDS/DMD program or have NDEB equivalency, be licensed in good standing, and hold a current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam.
• NDEB certification.
• Licensed and in good standing with the provincial licensing authority.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the dental team, front desk, and staff.
• Perform diagnostic, preventive, and restorative treatments.
• Provide services including fillings, extractions, denture work, root canals, crowns, and related procedures.
• Conduct routine exams and cleanings to diagnose patient needs.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic software.

Description: We are hiring Associate Dentist(s) for Maidstone, Saskatchewan ( https://www.maidstonedental.ca/ ) . We are seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time Associates to join our well established team of professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work collaboratively with the dental team, front desk, and administrative staff
• Perform a variety of treatments including diagnostic, preventative, and restorative procedures
• Perform basic services including, but not limited to, fillings, extractions, dental prosthetic appliance creation, denture fitting and realignment, root canals, crowns, etc.
• Examine and diagnose patients through routine check-ups and cleanings
• Formulate suitable treatment plans based on patient needs
• Build strong patient relationships by advising and educating on preventive dental care, causes and treatment of dental problems, and oral hygiene
• Ensure patient files are updated accordingly after each interaction into the clinic’s practice management software

Requirements:
