LifeSmiles Dental – Westminster in Winnipeg seeks an Associate Dentist to join a well-established practice with a loyal patient base and strong growth potential.

The role offers clinical independence under mentorship, a collaborative team, and a modern clinic equipped with Dentrix, iTero, dental microscopes, and digital imaging.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD program and eligible for Canadian licensure.
• Registered in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
• Valid CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including endodontics, implants, and fixed/removable prosthodontics.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and mentor clinical growth.
• Maintain private office space for administrative work and downtime.
• Deliver Invisalign and oral sedation where appropriate.
• Work Fridays with extra weekday flexibility to align with sister office.

LifeSmiles Dental – Westminster is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our welcoming, well-established practice in a prime central Winnipeg location. With a loyal patient base, consistent new patient flow, and a wide scope of dentistry, this opportunity offers an excellent balance of clinical independence, mentorship, and professional growth. Our beautiful, well-equipped clinic is supported by an experienced administrative team and a collaborative group of dental professionals who take pride in providing exceptional patient care.

Clinic Setup

Part-Time | Fridays Required + One Flexible Weekday Opportunity to pair with sister office for Full-Time Schedule Fridays: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Additional Weekday: Flexible, with Tuesdays (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) preferred Clinic Setup 5 fully equipped operatories 1-2 operatories available to the associate 2 hygienists supporting patient care Private dentist office for administrative work and downtime

About You

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
