Job summary

123Dentist is seeking an Associate Dentist for a part-time, on-site role in Brampton, Ontario. The position focuses on delivering a full range of dental services with high quality care and ensuring patients have a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will communicate well with patients and colleagues, and can work independently when needed. Ontario licensing and NDEB equivalency process are considered in our hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program, OR NDEB equivalency.
• Registered or in processing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Ontario; open to other provinces.
• 2-3 years of dentistry experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families.

COMPENSATION

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections

SCHEDULE

• 13-21 hours per week
• Thursday 12:00-8:00, option to add alternate Fridays 9:00-4:30
• and every Saturday 8:30-1:00 willing to grow the practice

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the: Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
• 2-3 year of experience in practicing dentistry is required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
