About the Role

Associate Dentist – Highland Dental Centre, Full‑Time. New graduates welcome. You will step into a 30‑year legacy practice in New Glasgow, immediately beginning production in a well‑established patient base booked 5+ months in advance. The practice emphasizes a collaborative, respectful mentorship style led by Dr.LukeAustin.

Clinical Practice & Growth

The practice offers strong systems, an experienced hygiene, assisting and administrative team, and modern digital workflows. You will have access to state‑of‑the‑art imaging, implant systems, and sedation support, allowing you to expand your scope without friction.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada equivalency process.
