Job summary

Oasis Family Dental Red River in Thunder Bay, Ontario seeks an Associate Dentist on a full-time/part-time basis. You will provide a full range of services with a focus on patient comfort, communicating clearly with patients and staff, and maintaining high-quality care.

The practice offers a signing/relocation bonus, solid patient base, and a mentorship-oriented team. Remuneration is fee-for-service with starting compensation at 40% of collections, with 14–28 hours per week over 2–4 days.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD/BDS or NDEB equivalency.
• Registered with the Ontario Royal College of Dental Surgeons.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Ontario.
• 2 years of dental practice experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients' families.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of dental services with high-quality care.
• Create a comforting, patient-friendly experience for all patients.
