Eckhardt Dental Centre in Penticton, BC is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a busy, well-established practice with a loyal patient base across Penticton, Summerland, and Okanagan Falls. The role offers modern digital technology, a supportive team, and strong production opportunities, with a $20,000 signing bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, a DDS/DMD, and active Canadian licensure.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program.
• Active licensure in good standing with provincial requirements.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; open to motivated clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry and complex care as needed.
