Dr. Rachel Navaneelan & Associates is looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our well-known, established Cornwall practice.
This is an opportunity to step into a busy practice with an established patient base and strong hygiene program, while working alongside Dr. Rachel Navaneelan and an experienced clinical team. We're looking for someone who wants to put down roots, build strong patient relationships and become an important part of both the practice and the Cornwall community.
Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience and are comfortable practising independently while still being open to feedback and collaboration.
More importantly, we're looking for a relationship-focused dentist who wants to get to know their patients and team, contribute to the success of the practice and build long-term roots.
An interest or strength in endodontics would be particularly valuable, with an opportunity to take on existing clinical demand while gradually developing relationships across the practice.
Dr. Rachel Navaneelan & Associates is a longstanding Cornwall practice providing comprehensive dental care for adults and children. The practice offers a broad range of services including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, oral surgery and children's dentistry.
This isn't simply an opportunity to fill a schedule. It's an opportunity to become part of an established practice, grow into a leadership role and build a long-term future in the Cornwall community.
