Our team at Compass Dental in Campbell River, BC, on Vancouver Island, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Dentist to join our amazing team. This is a full-time opportunity in a state-of-the-art, modern clinic with an exceptional team, loyal patients, and strong mentorship available.

This is your chance to produce over $75k per month in a fun, team-focused working environment & Thriving Patient Base! Campbell River is less than a 30-minute flight from Vancouver and just a 1.5-hour drive from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal. The area is well known for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, kayaking, fishing, whale watching, forestry, cold-water diving, wildlife tours, and much more.

Who We're Looking For:
  • 2 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is requested, however, new graduates welcome with mentorship provided
  • A confident, compassionate, and eager dentist ready to learn and grow
  • Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
  • Registered or in process of registering with BCDA
  • Someone who values patient-centered care and strong clinical outcomes
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
  • Must be licensed to practice in British Columbia
  • We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)

COMPENSATION: Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE:
  • 32 - 40 hours per week (up to you!)
  • Days of the week (Monday to Thurs or Tues to Fri)
