Bright Dental Centre in Russell, ON is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care with a patient-first approach. The role supports independent practice, with access to modern technologies and mentorship within 123Dentist network.

Candidates should hold a BDS/DDS/DMD or NDEB equivalency, be Ontario-licensed or in process, and have 1–2 years of practice experience plus strong communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program from an accredited school or university, or NDEB equivalency.
• Registered or in process of registering with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Ontario.
• 1-2 years of experience in practicing dentistry.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families.

The team at Bright Dental Centre in Russell, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a full-time basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections

SCHEDULE:

• 32+ hours per week
• Monday-Friday - varied hours with one evening until 6pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• 1-2 Years of experience in practicing dentistry is required due to primary dentist role weekly
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
