Job summary

Aqua Family Dental in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join on a full-time or part-time basis. The role offers a growing patient base, mentorship, and the chance to develop professionally within Canada's 123Dentist network.

The ideal candidate will provide a full range of dental services with compassionate care, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and enjoy a flexible schedule with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master level dental degree or equivalent with NDEB equivalency considered.
• Registered or in processing with Manitoba Dental Association.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Manitoba.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship provided.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families.

The team at Aqua Family Dentalin Winnipeg, MB is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on afull-time or part-time basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:

• 24-32 hours per week
• Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Friday. No Weekends!!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Manitoba Dental Association
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Manitoba
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
• New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
