Job summary

All Smiles Dental & Affinity Dental in Winnipeg, MB is seeking an Associate Dentist to join two well-established practices with strong patient bases and a collaborative culture. You will deliver comprehensive general dentistry with support for advanced procedures and sedation as requested.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing professional development, and a path to growth within a patient-centered team, with schedules across Affinity and All Smiles locations in Winnipeg.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD program or NDEB Equivalency completed.
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
• Valid CPR certification.
• All applicants must be domiciled in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including endodontics and prosthodontics.
• Perform oral surgery including sedation dentistry and implants as needed.
• Ensure high-quality patient care with a focus on growth and mentorship.

All Smiles Dental & Affinity Dental are seeking an Associate Dentist to join two well-established, patient-focused Winnipeg practices with strong community reputations and loyal patient bases. With schedules booking 6–8 weeks in advance, excellent patient retention, and a broad scope of in-house treatment, this is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Schedule

Monday & Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm @ Affinity Dental

Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Fridays 8:00 am – 3:00 pm & Occasional Saturdays @ All Smiles Dental

About You

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.
