Job summary

Sidney Harbour Dental, part of Passion Dental Group, is seeking an Associate Dentist in Sidney, BC. The role offers a 40% on collections compensation structure and a full-time schedule in a state-of-the-art, patient-centered practice.

You will provide comprehensive care and develop personalized treatment plans within a collaborative team. We value mentorship, clinical growth, and a supportive work culture that empowers clinicians to deliver outstanding dentistry and build lasting patient

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in British Columbia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient-centered dental care.
