As Odyssey grows its Canadian and U.S. corporate trust business, you will help build and strengthen our depository and operations processes.

You are detail‑oriented, highly organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven operations environment. You understand how securities move through DTC, take ownership of a transaction from start to finish, and are confident working independently and as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities

Transaction Processing
  • Process warrant exercises, debenture and note conversions, subscription receipt and escrow releases, redemptions and interest payments accurately and on deadline.
  • Prepare, verify and release incoming and outgoing wires with Finance and Payments, ensuring all supporting documents and approvals are in place.

Reconciliation, Records & Controls
  • Reconcile securities positions and cash balances across internal records, DTC/CDS and bank accounts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain complete, organized records for each corporate trust appointment.
  • Perform regular audits of internal records and systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
  • Support the preparation and reconciliation of month‑end corporate trust billing.
  • Work with Compliance on KYC/AML onboarding and regulatory documentation.
