Job summary

Konrad, a next-generation digital consultancy, seeks an Associate Consultant for its Associate Program in Toronto. You will collaborate with Strategy, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams, supporting senior members while building your experience.

The graduate program includes a digital training and onboarding process during the first 3 months. You will help solve complex business problems, craft human-centered experiences, and stay on top of emerging tech trends.

Qualifications

Experience in consulting, user experience and/or software development is an asset.
Great user experiences and technology understanding are valued.
Excellent writing and communication skills are expected.
A constant desire to learn about latest technology trends.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of digital solutions for clients across various verticals.
Gain expertise as a design and technology thought leader in multiple industries.
Support senior team members in understanding client challenges and goals.
Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences.
Gather information on client business processes, success factors, marketplace and competition through interviews and research.
Coordinate and participate in workshops and project planning activities.
