Associate – Business Law – Private Equity

McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking an associate to join its Business Law Group. The candidate may be based in Montréal or in Québec City.

The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec and have at least 2 years of experience, particularly in the areas of private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record and be able to communicate efficiently in English and French.
