Job description
Summary

The Associate, Audit And Control provides switchboard, general office, accounts payable and daily balancing functions within the Cash Office and executes internal services for the store including procedural inquiries and employee parcel and bag checks.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls following company standards
  • Route calls accurately or deliver messages in a timely fashion
  • Maintain the location phone directory
  • Oversee repairs of technical systems such as POS
  • Provide financial support including banking reconciliation, invoice coding and petty cash management
  • Investigate chargebacks and manage Customer's Own Goods tracking
  • Maintain general office practices to mitigate loss and keep workplace tidy
  • Perform department auditing of company policies and procedures and follow up on audits
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations and cyber security measures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of previous work experience in a similar environment; retail preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform general office duties and handle confidential information
