We are looking for an ambitious and driven Associate Account Executive (AAE) to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Senior Team Lead, Sales, this role is an opportunity to accelerate your sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while making a meaningful difference in the childcare sector. As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how Lillio shows up in the market. You’ll engage directly with childcare leaders, understand their operational needs, and guide them toward solutions that help them run stronger programs and deliver better outcomes for children. This role blends pipeline creation, consultative selling, and mission-driven impact - giving you the opportunity not only to grow revenue, but to improve the experience of educators, families, and children across North America.
$60,000 - $130,000 a year
