This is a rare, career-defining opportunity for a lawyer with 3–5 years of Bay Street experience in investment funds or securities law to move in-house and play a key role in fund formation and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Canadian fund formation, private fund launches, distribution agreements, and side letters, with support from top-tier external counsel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Bay Street experience in investment funds or securities law (in-house transition preferred).
• Strong technical legal skills with a collaborative mindset.
