Purpose of the position

Le George is currently looking for an Assistant Manager for its building. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like:

  • Develop jointly with the building manager a management plan for a high-level multi-rental property;
  • Ensure optimal management of your building in accordance with the established plan
  • Develop and carry out the action plan required to maximize rental performance;
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team providing services to the building and ensure the full execution of services at all times;
  • Provide exemplary quality maintenance for customers, and the property’s spaces and systems;
  • Manage the collection of rents and the making of deposits according to current standards;
  • Work in conjunction with regional teams to carry out capital works and register files with the Régie du Logement;
  • Plan the arrivals and departures of tenants and ensure the optimal progress of these activities, while maintaining the security of the building and its occupants;
  • See to the management of the preparation of accommodation for rent with the maintenance team
  • Coordinate with the general director, interventions requiring a specific action plan.
  • Management of moves and moves
  • Carry out business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
  • Follow up with prospects and complete the necessary documents for rental
  • Receive potential customers
  • Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offerings and promotions, in conjunction with the building manager
  • Respond to current customers on pricing and rental contract clauses
  • Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, if necessary
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Participate in any other related task required by your immediate superior
  • Support the general manager in his duties
