Job summary

Starbucks in Canada is seeking a first-line leader to join our Future Leaders program. This hands-on role develops your supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee passion, and business acumen while preparing you for store management and leadership with multi-million-dollar implications.

We’d Love To Hear From People With

Requirements
  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
Compensation & Benefits

The typical hiring range for this role is between $56,000 and $66,500 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, eligible partners in this role may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact in addition to annual bean stock grants.
