Nike Edmonton Premium Outlet Collection Mall is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail setting. As the face of NIKE, you will coach, motivate and develop teammates while delivering excellent customer service and achieving store goals.

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb ladders and work long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding new teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in daily tasks.
• Lead store performance including budgeting, planning, and customer service.
• Manage product lifecycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Three years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
