Spencer Gifts, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canada. The role supports the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure excellent guest services, and manage merchandising and inventory control in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and maintaining store standards. The position requires at least 18 years old and physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
