As part of the management team, the Assistant Store Manager provides critical support to the Store Manager in the daily retail store operations. In their absence, the Assistant Manager steps in as Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring that tasks are completed, store procedures are followed, and employees maintain a safe work environment.

The role also includes participating in inventory counts, ensuring accurate restocking, enforcing company policies, and training new hires. The position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for working in a fast‑paced retail setting.
