The Salvation Army in Scarborough, ON is seeking a dedicated in-store coordinator to support the Store Manager in organizing and supervising all retail operations. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, inventory control, and staff development in a busy thrift environment.

This position provides support to the Store Manager in the organization and supervision of all operational areas of the retail store. This position ensures the mission of The Salvation Army is supported by the Thrift Store generating funds and influencing positively the communities in which it operates.
Location of position will be at 1225 Kennedy Road, Unit D1, Scarborough, ON M1P 2L4
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Internal: Store Manager, volunteers, staff
External: Community, external vendors
Reports directly to the Store Manager
Direct reports: None.
This position supervises staff members and volunteers in the absence of Store Manager/Corps Officer.
Alternative combination of education and Experience may be considered.
Ability to undergo applicable screening and background checks successfully that are satisfactory to The Salvation Army, in its sole discretion.
Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $24.47 to $30.59 with a maximum of $36.71. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
