Overview

Responsibilities
  • Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales.
  • Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.
Qualifications
  • Previous retail or automotive parts industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, motivating, and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with the team, customers, and vendors.
  • Solid organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage store operations efficiently.
