Rexall Hamilton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager on a 12-month contract to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, while maintaining a culture of teamwork and service.

You will mentor staff, handle recruiting and training, oversee budgets and inventory, reinforce health and safety practices, and collaborate with pharmacy teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences and community impact.

Competenze

• Previous supervisory experience within a retail environment is required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong multi-tasking and adaptability.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing financial reports.

• Adhere to marketing programs and initiatives: price management, planograms, core programs and merchandising techniques, flyer implementation and local advertising initiatives.
• This role is filling an existing vacancy on the team.

What you will be doing:
