The Michaels Companies in Charlottetown, PE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to supervise and lead a team in delivering a customer-centric shopping experience. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit KPIs, manage SOP adherence, and ensure in-stock, well-merchandised store operations.

Lead the operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting our assets.
