Minimum Education: Secondary School

Minimum experience: 2-3 years of experience in the similar industry

Job duties:

1. Direct and control daily operations

2. Plan and organize daily operations

3. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effects of competitors’ operations on sales

4. Determine merchandise and services to be sold

5. Implement price and credits policies

6. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.

7. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

9. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

10. Oversee payroll administrations

11. Conduct performance reviews

Supervision: 3- 4 people
