  • Assist administrative tasks such as scheduling and reconciliation;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and store standards at all times; and,
  • Opening and closing of the store as scheduled.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee weekend operations at our thrift store location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage store activities efficiently. This role involves supporting store management in daily tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Retail and volunteer management experience are highly valued to foster effective communication and team coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily store operations during weekends, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction;
