Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to service a defined customer base by picking up and delivering uniforms and facility products. You will drive a company vehicle and perform daily stops to ensure customers receive clean and ready supplies.

Typical duties include lifting and moving goods, maintaining strong customer service, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a set customer base through pickup and delivery of uniforms and facility products
• Operate a company-owned vehicle to and from customer stops throughout the day
• Lift, carry, and move clean and soiled products as part of daily route duties
• Work a four-day-per-week schedule with no weekends

Job Description

Cintas isseeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative. Responsibilities include providingroute service to a set customer base, through the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper suppliesand other ancillary products.Daily duties involve lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, as well as occasionally driving a company-ownedvehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout theday.The vast majority ofRSSRs work 4 days per weekand no weekends.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license

• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.80 - $24.75/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
