Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to service a defined customer base by picking up and delivering uniforms and facility products, including mats, mops, air fresheners and restroom supplies.

The role involves lifting, moving products and occasional driving between customer stops. The vast majority of RSSRs work four days per week with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet Provincial requirements for driving a vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.
• Strong customer service orientation with teamwork mindset.

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.80 - $24.75/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
