The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all areas. The individual will conduct regular property inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Aid with coordinating maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion of repairs and help organize preventive maintenance schedules for the property.
