About the role

Strong client relationships are meaningful to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor to everything you do. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will manage commercial buildings – from operations and financial activities to managing meaningful relationships with our tenants and property owners. By handling service contracts, supervising bid packages, completing property inspections, and making recommendations, you can continually share your innovative ideas to improve how we manage our commercial properties.

  • You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
  • You respond promptly to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.
  • You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other reports as assigned.
  • You successfully lead all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a similar field.
  • Having your RPA is a strong asset
  • Two to four years of demonstrated ability in commercial real estate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Consistent track record of picking up different software quickly.
  • Experience with contract and leasing agreements preferred.
