Position Overview

Assistant Project Manager – Engineering (Full‑time)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE

Work Location: In‑person, Middlesex, NJ

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the submission of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing bid packages and managing procurement processes.
  • Contribute to BOM and labor budgets, and help compile pre‑job packages.
  • Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and architectural plans.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
