Role Summary

Support the PM in the administration and coordination required to deliver ground‑up ICI projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Own document control: RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, logs, drawings, and closeout binders.
• Track change orders, budgets, and cost codes; assist with buyout, tender comparisons, and POs.
• Coordinate with site for look‑aheads, deliveries, inspections, and deficiency walks.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and dashboards for internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years ICI experience (co‑op/internships count); growth path to PM.
• Proficiency with Procore (or similar), Excel, MS Project; strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Technical diploma/degree an asset; ability to visit active sites across the GTA.
