A Canadian real estate company is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support all stages of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience and strong skills in project coordination and management. Dream’s Calgary Income Properties Construction team is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to provide assistance for all stages of our construction projects working towards on time and on budget project delivery.

Bringing with you over three years of project coordination / management experience, you’ve proven that you are not afraid to think outside the box to find the best approach to achieve results. You are proactive, leading by example rather than sitting back. You consider the bigger picture when focusing on completing tasks, and you thrive on meeting deadlines, process improvement, and efficiency.
Your understanding of the project cycle and coordination skills are apparent through your clearly written and verbal communication. You are comfortable working with trades, consultants, and all levels of management, and it is important to us that you are team-oriented and that people like collaborating with you.
