Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction experience in project coordination or field supervision.
• Emerging leadership and team management ability with integrity.
• Receptive to feedback and a continuous learning mindset.
• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with confident oral and written communication.
• Technologically skilled with collaboration and communication abilities.
• Contract administration experience or working knowledge.

• Risk assessment, negotiating and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion site safety with inspections, documentation, and risk identification.
• Maintain client communication and reporting, including meeting prep and follow-up.
• Support overall project performance with budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Coordinate project documentation and streamline administrative workflows.
• Assist with subcontract administration and ensure contracts are tracked.
• Monitor changes and risks, maintain logs, and aid mitigation planning.
• Prepare, review, and verify documentation for contract compliance.
