Assistant or Associate Professor in Interior Design
The Faculty of Environmental Design of the Université de Montréal is looking for a professor to join its interior design program, at the rank of assistant or associate professor. The Faculty comprises some 20 research units and 23 educational programs, all dedicated to the study of human‑environment interactions and the design of built and natural spaces.
As the only university programs in interior design in Quebec, our undergraduate and graduate degrees focus on the relationship between people and their environments and the contribution of the discipline to contemporary social issues.
The successful candidate will consolidate our faculty team’s expertise in the study and design of rich, stimulating environments that take into account the diversity of human experiences. They will participate in the growth of a research culture linked to Quebec design practice by supporting the development of the School’s and Faculty’s graduate programs.
