You will oversee daily store routines, coach staff, and ensure best-in-class customer service while driving sales and visual merchandising standards.

You have strong communication skills, fashion knowledge, and the initiative to manage staffing, payroll, and omni-channel fulfillment with a focus on brand culture and growth from within.

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managersare responsible fordriving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. Theyare responsible foroverseeing daily store operationsincluding opening and closing routinesand driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managersleveragetheir creativeexpertisethroughfloorsetupdates, stylingrecommendationsand product knowledge. Assistant managers are also talent leaders, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day. What You’ll Do
