A leading healthcare institution located in Outram, Nova Scotia, is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to provide administrative support in the Division of Medicine. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in any discipline and have 2 to 3 years of experience, along with proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially advanced MS Excel. Knowledge of Tableau and programming languages such as R and Python is an advantage.
You will support the various initiatives in the Division of Medicine and the Medicine Academic Clinical Programmes (ACP) by providing administrative support to the Departments in their pursuit of education, research and clinical care missions. You will also continuously review projects to improve patient care and safety, as well as processes to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Division.
