Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives the Groovy Shoes experience – friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service.

• Operations: Handle daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
