Assistant Manager - Temporary

Location: Saskatoon, SK (On site)

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to customer‑focused sales associates and leaders to drive outstanding business results through genuine and remarkable service
• Promote the Bootlegger brand through knowledge and understanding of our product and business, and embody Bootleggers core values: Passion, Teamwork, Trust, Growth, and Entrepreneurship
• Oversee store operations, including shift task organization, receiving and opening shipment, daily housekeeping, and opening and closing duties
• Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to Bootlegger’s standards and directives

Qualifications

• Experienced retail supervisor who is excited to motivate, train, and coach others to success while providing an amazing customer experience
• Strong retail and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent sales skills and a commitment to finding product that makes customers feel great
• Interest in fashion and passion for denim
