Retail Assistant Manager

Job Details

Location: North Vancouver, BC
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $18.60 per hour (plus a competitive bonus incentive program)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
  • Meet sales plans by effectively utilizing available resources and responding strategically to business fluctuations.
  • Manage employee turnover by maximizing retention through effective leadership, training and performance management.
  • Provide coaching and hold team members accountable to achieve or exceed sales goals through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Act as an ambassador for the highest standard of customer service, leading by example and holding the team accountable to Suzy’s service standards.
  • Ensure the store’s visual presentation and branding standards meet company guidelines.
  • Protect the company’s assets and profits by enforcing loss prevention policies.
