Location: Georgina, ON

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 30–44 per week. Monday–Friday November–March; evenings, weekends, and holidays March–November.

Salary: $25.00 per hour.

Job Details

Under the direction of the Harbormaster, this position assists in the day‑to‑day operations of the marina, helping the Marina Manager with the supervision of staff across the Marina, Fuel dock and Service department.

During the active boating season, most work is outdoors; during the off‑season, work is predominantly administrative.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist Marina Manager in planning and preparing weekly work schedules.
  • Assign employees to specific duties, workstations or areas.
  • Coordinate with Marina Manager on marina activities, events and projects.
  • Develop and engage social media presence.
  • Organize and participate in training and development of Fuel dock and Service department employees.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license, boat operator’s license and forklift operator license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • One year of property management experience (preferred).
  • One year of administrative experience (preferred).
  • Secondary school education (preferred).
