Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of sales goals
• Supervise and motivate team members, providing training and development to enhance performance
• Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize sales opportunities
• Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage timecards, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales
• Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts with General Manager, and assist in onboarding new staff members
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory management
• Monitor store budget adherence and assist in financial planning and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures
